Power Transmission Towers
Common tower positions include straight span, angle point, terminal end, tension section, river crossing, road crossing, and substation entrance.
Power Transmission Towers carry conductors, ground wires, insulator strings, and line fittings across long outdoor routes. The tower body transfers wire tension, wind pressure, ice load, and hardware weight to the foundation. Different tower types are used when the line turns, crosses a road, enters a station, or needs extra height over trees or buildings.

Project Details
We undertake power transmission tower projects for overhead power line construction. Our project types cover suspension towers, angle towers, tension towers, terminal towers, river-crossing towers, and related power structure works.
We are responsible for producing tower bodies, cross-arms, connection plates, bolts, part markings, and other matched steel components according to approved drawings. Our scope of work includes angle steel processing, plate cutting, hole drilling, welding for special parts, and hot-dip galvanizing.
We can also provide tower installation and maintenance support for power, communication, railway, and energy projects. Before shipment, all power transmission towers are inspected and packed by tower type and part number to assist site crews with efficient assembly and future maintenance.

FAQ
Q: What data is needed before production?
A: Route drawing, tower type, voltage level, span, wind load, ice load, conductor data, foundation data, and steel grade are usually needed.
Q: How are tower parts checked before shipment?
A: Member size, hole position, galvanizing surface, bolt sets, part marks, and bundle labels can be checked against the approved drawing.
Q: Why are part marks important?
A: Clear part marks help workers sort tower legs, body members, cross arms, and connection plates faster during site assembly.
