Galvanized Transmission Towers are steel lattice supports finished by hot-dip galvanizing to protect the exposed surfaces. The underlying structure uses single equal angle steel or combined angle steel, connection plates, coarse bolts, and selected welded tower-foot components. Sectional construction makes the members convenient to group for transport and assemble during erection. The towers support conductors and ground wires while maintaining separation from terrain and buildings. Straight, tension, corner, transposition, terminal, and crossing duties are available, together with cup, cat-head, upper-character, dry-character, and barrel forms. Q235 and O345 are the specified steel grades, and climbing pegs may be fitted to one principal member when the height is below 60m.

Plate preparation and member cutting use equipment including a QC12Y-16×2500 shear, 280mm saw capacity, 60mm semi-automatic gas cutting, and several drilling machines. Welding resources include KH-500 gas-shielded units and BX3-500J welders. These workshop assets support preparation of angle members, plates, base pieces, and joints before the completed steelwork proceeds to corrosion protection.
